Thank you. Thank you so much.
I did a write-up for Dad like his for Mom, sort of. I think the one he wrote for her was more eloquent... in any case, mine is here: http://kyrielle.livejournal.com/1144612.html?mode=reply
In addition, I have been posting some memories of him and inviting others to do so. That's here: http://pheon.livejournal.com/451031.html - I'll be adding more. My main personal journal is http://kyrielle.livejournal.com/ - this was more a creativity space. Repeating everything twice is painful, so I am mostly going to update there, not here, about this now - details, day-to-day, etc.
And for now it is bed-time. Okay, it's past bed-time.

There are no words to display that would lessen your pain and sorrow and I do not to pretend there to be. I just would like to say I pray the strength to bear the burden that is upon you and know both your mother and father are together, in a better place.
God Bless,
sage
Sending hugs and no words - there aren't any. But there are thoughts: peace, hope, love. May you be surrounded and enveloped and held up by invisible hands as long as you need them.
Losing one parent is bad enough (been there, surviving that) ... I can not begin to imagine what you must be experiencing. For what it's worth, I am sending warm vibes your way.
blessings to you as you navigate through this new experience of loss and grief. i light a candle of healing for you tonight. hoping you will feel some peace and light in the midst of your journey.
Sending healing energy and strength as you deal with loss and grief. Am so sorry.
I'm sending a hug your way. And although I cannot find words to express my thoughts about your loss--know that I will be thinking about you.
here from Kat's Paws...could not believe my eyes when I read your last few posts. There are no words...but know that you are in a total stranger's heart, along with your parents and the rest of your loved ones.
sending all my strength and love your way along with a big old hug!
